How big an area does it cover?

Will it work if I have no signal at all?

No. A booster amplifies the signal that already reaches your building, so it needs some existing outside signal to work. If you only get a weak signal of 2-3 bars outside, add the LPDA (Yagi) antenna for the best result.

What if the booster doesn't work for me?

Send us photos or videos of your setup and we'll help you fix it. If a part is needed, we send it free. If it still doesn't work, we take it back free within 30 days.
