30-day money-back and included warranty

30-day money-back: you can return the complete kit within 30 days of delivery. If the booster does not work for you, send us photos or videos of your setup; we send any parts needed free, and if it still does not work we take it back free and refund you. Contact us before sending anything back. A booster needs some existing signal outside the building to work. Each kit includes a 1-year manufacturing warranty. Any extended-warranty add-on purchased with the order extends the included warranty for its stated period.

Return, refund and delivery terms

• Returns are accepted within 30 days.
• If the booster does not work, send us photos or videos of your setup. We send any parts needed free of charge.
• If it still does not work, we take it back free of charge.
• A booster needs some existing signal outside the building to work.
• We troubleshoot faulty units with you first. If a unit is faulty, it will be replaced free of charge.
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 days.
• Delivery is free and takes 5-7 working days. Any import taxes or duties are paid by the buyer.
